Okay, so after several seasons of coming up with new challenges... I'm pretty much out of ideas.
Sometimes, when I'm out of ideas, the best ideas come to me. Which is exactly what happened today when I was set to the difficult task of deciding what would happen for challenge 5.
First of all - this is a double elimination week. To make sure that you have a better chance of staying in the competition, make sure you.. show up.
So, off to the challenge. This is a task like never before. For this week, we will have no Quick-E... Which means, nobody is safe until their team wins the challenge. Nobody has immunity.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for challenge 5 : Random it up!
This challenge is so random, I have no idea if it will work. If not, we'll go with a backup plan - whoever throws the most amount of pie in Musa's face wins. Hopefully the challenge will work out so Musa will leave with a clean head! Before the challenge, you and your teammates will choose ONE person who showed up from your team to be the team captain. This person will help stop arguments, and if the group cannot decide on a final answer, the captain will go with their choice. The challenge is going to work like this: Musa or I will shout out a random task. You and your team will each have a private, special chat to go to - FOR THAT TEAM ONLY. It will be members only. Musa and I will be owners on both, the team captain will be a mod so they can ban or kick any annoying teammates, the rest of the team will be members, and the other team will be guests. Together in your teams, you will discuss what to do - some tasks may be, something like the first penguin to show up at Blizzard, Cove wins a point for their team, while others may be questions, or even tasks such as "make a graphic of any kind. The coolest one will win a point. You've got 5 minutes"... You don't really know!

ReplyDeleteI checked the family schedule, double checked the calendar, and triple checked with my mom. Unless our house burns down, somebody dies, or the world ends, I can FINALLY MAKE IT! =D
ReplyDeleteFor the team captain thing, if nobody wants to do it, I would be more than happy to take the job, but I must first nominate Beep Bop! Unlike me, he has been to several challenges (again, my apologies) and is an extremely nice and positive contestant. =)

I can't make it. Today's my dad's birthday, but he has work today, so we'll be celebrating all day that day and I won't be able to get on the computer. But if it wasn't that day, I'd so go!!!

Hi Slidoo/Musa, I just wanted to let you know that after today (July 9) that I will be inactive. I'll be at a week-long church camp a few hours away. Saturday (July 16) is the day I come back, so if we get home on time I should be able to make it to the challenge, whatever it is. Oh yeah, and there's no cell phones/iPods allowed at the camp, not that there's a signal or Wi-Fi anyway. I wanted to tell you in advance, but I should make it as long as the bus arrives on time. ;D See you at the challenge today!
